2. Verify that this is the only password request from your team. If your team is already listed on the EZMeets.com's NCS Championships Sign-In page, a password has already been emailed.
Stop! Do not request another password.
3. Complete and submit this form to request your entry password.The entry deadline is Sunday, November 16, 2008 at 11:59PM. Please allow time to request a password, receive your password and then enter your athletes.
Please be sure that your email addresses are correct, working and configured to not block our password email to you from ezmeets@sonic.net.
Requesting a password does not guarantee acceptance.
If accepted, NCS staff will add your team at EZMeets.com and e-mail you an entry password.
Then, return to EZMeets.com to enter and update your athletes.
If you do not receive a password within 48 hours
• Check your email account's spam mailbox.
